Altrad’s Female Trainee Pilot Program
Altrad launched its pilot ‘female only’ trainee program into the non-traditional field of Scaffolding. As part of this program the participants were trained in and received their High Risk Licence for Basic Scaffolding (including Layher system familiarisation), National Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry/Gas Test Atmospheres certificates.
